Alternative to Tradesyncer

A Tradesyncer alternative that knows your prop firm’s rules

Tradesyncer copies one account onto your others and prices by connections and accounts. PropSync does the same job, puts a guard built from each firm’s rules on every follower, and comes with the journal — for a fraction of the price per account.

First, the fair part

Tradesyncer is an established copier for futures prop traders. It says it is used by more than 25,000 funded traders, works with 30+ prop firms and the main futures platforms — Tradovate, Rithmic, NinjaTrader, TradingView and more — and its plans include journaling, reporting and risk settings, with a 7-day trial (card required).

If it already works for you, that record is worth something. What follows is where the two differ, with the public prices of both.

Propbook’s paid plans open on 1 November 2026, and the first 100 subscribers keep the Elite founding price for as long as they stay subscribed. Prices change — check both sites before deciding.

Where Propbook is different

The guard reads the firm’s rules. Two contracts can be routine on one account and a breach on another. Before each new copied entry, Guard checks that follower’s own drawdown and daily-loss room — the same numbers the journal tracks — and pauses it alone if it is too close. The others keep copying.

One subscription instead of two. The copier, the rule tracking, the Telegram alerts and the journal are one product, so there is no second tool to pay for to see what the copies did to each account.

Priced for large books. Elite covers up to 200 follower accounts for $39.99 a month billed yearly for the first 100 subscribers — about 20 cents an account.

Pick Tradesyncer if…

you need a direct Tradovate or Rithmic connection today, without NinjaTrader, or a platform PropSync does not cover yet, or you want a copier with years of public reviews behind it. Those are real differences.

Try it before you decide

The journal and the rule tracking are free with no card. PropSync comes with Pro — 7-day free trial — and Elite, and runs in simulation before a single order is sent.
