Terms of Sale

Last updated 20 September 2026

These Terms of Sale apply to the paid plans of Propbook (Pro and Elite), sold by Propbook — pending registration, pending registration, propbookinc@gmail.com. They complete our Terms of Use. You accept them by ticking the box before paying; they are sent to you by email with your order confirmation.

1. What you buy

PlanMonthlyAnnual (billed once a year)Main features
Pro$29.99 / month$239.88 / year ($19.99 / month)PropSync trade copying on our servers, 2 broker connections × 10 accounts each, drawdown guard on every follower, simulation mode and kill switch, TradingView webhook, automatic ProjectX / Tradovate sync, Pip AI
Elite$49.99 / month$479.88 / year ($39.99 / month)Everything in Pro, with unlimited broker connections and accounts

The full, current list of features is on the pricing section and shown again before you pay. The Free plan stays free and has no time limit.

Founding price. The prices above apply to the first 100 paid subscribers, counted after their trial ends. Those subscribers keep their price for as long as their subscription stays active without interruption. After the 100th, prices for new subscribers go up by $10 per month on each plan; the new prices are shown before you pay.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Where the law requires prices to include VAT or GST (for consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other countries), the price you are shown includes it. In some places (for example some US states), sales tax is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Business customers who give a valid VAT number may be charged without VAT under the reverse-charge rule. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

3. Free trial (Pro only)

Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start it. If you cancel before the end of day 7, you pay nothing. If you don't, your subscription starts and the first payment is taken at the end of the trial; we remind you by email before that happens. Elite has no trial. One trial per person.

4. Payment and renewal

Payment is made by card (and any other method Stripe shows at checkout), through Stripe. We never see your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period — every month, or every year — at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. For annual plans we email you before each renewal. If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a few days; if it still fails, your account goes back to the Free plan and your journal is kept. You get an invoice for every payment.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, in two clicks, from Settings → Plan (or by writing to propbookinc@gmail.com). Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep your plan until the end of the period already paid, then move to the Free plan with your journal intact. Apart from the right of withdrawal below and the cases in our Terms of Use, periods already started are not refunded.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU, UK and similar countries)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of subscribing (or of the end of your free trial, if that is later), without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement — an email to propbookinc@gmail.com is enough — or use the model form below.

Because Propbook is a service that starts straight away, you are asked at checkout to request that it starts during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, we refund everything you paid, minus an amount proportional to the days you used before telling us, within 14 days of your request, by the same payment method.

Model withdrawal form

To Propbook, pending registration, propbookinc@gmail.com:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: Propbook ………… plan (monthly / annual).

Subscribed on: ………… · Name: ………… · Email of the Propbook account: …………

Address: ………… · Signature (only if this form is sent on paper): ………… · Date: …………

7. Legal guarantees

We must provide the service as described. If a paid feature doesn't work as described, tell us at propbookinc@gmail.com: we will fix it within a reasonable time, and if we can't, you can get a price reduction or end the subscription with a refund of the affected period. Consumers in the EU keep the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services for the whole subscription period, and all other rights their national law grants.

8. Complaints

Write to propbookinc@gmail.com with your account email and a description of the problem. We acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days. Consumer mediator: none appointed. You can also contact the consumer authorities of your country.

9. Business customers

If you buy for your business: the right of withdrawal in section 6 does not apply; payments are made upfront by card, so there are no late-payment terms; invoices show the VAT number you provide; and the liability limits of our Terms of Use apply in full. Disputes go to the courts of pending registration.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of pending registration. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live and can bring a claim in its courts.
