One row per prop firm. A saved, Live row replaces the built-in code on the firm page, the comparator and /deals at the next visit. Tick Affiliate for affiliate links: the site labels them, as the law requires. Remove a row to fall back to the built-in code.
Admins can manage plans and edit the public site. Only the owner can add or remove admins.

Windows — in MT5, File → Open Data Folder → MQL5.Mac — dragging into MT5 doesn't work. In Finder, press ⌘⇧G, paste the path, press Enter.Then in MT5's Navigator, right-click Expert Advisors → Refresh.
- Tools → Options → Expert Advisors: tick Allow WebRequest for listed URL and add the address.

MT5 has to be open for trades to sync. Closed it for a while? Everything closed in the meantime is sent as soon as it reopens.
TradingView · each closed trade lands in your journal: P&L, symbol, side and size.
- You need a paid TradingView plan (webhooks aren't on the free one) and 2-factor authentication turned on in TradingView.

- In Message, paste this and adjust it:

NinjaTrader 8 · every closed trade of every account connected in NinjaTrader — Tradovate and Rithmic prop accounts included. Free.
- On the Windows PC or VPS where NinjaTrader runs: Download PropSyncNT.cs into
Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\Strategies, and (propbook-sync.txt) intoDocuments\NinjaTrader 8. - In NinjaTrader: New → NinjaScript Editor, then press F5 to compile.
- Open any chart → Strategies → add PropSyncNT → Enable. Nothing to change in its settings. Keep that chart open.
- After the first closed trade, your NinjaTrader account appears below — pick the Propbook account it feeds.
On the Free plan the add-on only fills your journal: it never places or closes an order. Copying between accounts, MAE / MFE and the candles of each trade come with Propbook One.
TopstepX · PropSync copies your lead account onto the others, each at its own size and with its own drawdown guard.
- In TopstepX, Settings → API: note your username and API key (it needs the ProjectX API subscription).
- Open PropSync, then in Live engine paste them and click Connect & verify. The key is stored encrypted and only places the orders you set up.
- Choose the lead, tick the followers and their size, map each one to its TopstepX account → Save mapping.
- Start in Simulation: every copy is logged, no order is sent. Switch to Live orders once the log looks right.
- Sending stops and targets from TradingView? In TopstepX, Settings → Risk Settings → Switch to Auto OCO Brackets.
TopstepX trades copied by PropSync land in your journal automatically, with Propbook One. On the Free plan, export them as CSV (Other platforms).
Other platforms · import your history as a file.
- Export your trades as CSV from TopstepX, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic (R|Trader), MetaTrader 4/5, Interactive Brokers or Binance.
- Import it — Propbook detects the format, dates and fees, and shows a preview before anything is saved.
Connect your broker to auto-log trades. Trades pulled from ProjectX/TopstepX get the ⭐ Verified badge; a TradingView webhook auto-logs (no ⭐).
These are the tags you'll pick when journaling a day — make them your setups (e.g. FVG retest, London sweep, OB + SMT, News fade). They replace the defaults.
Neon is the original look. The two office sets are calmer, for a screen you stare at all day. Each one has its own light and dark mode.
Auto follows your phone or computer's setting.
Mono: black and white with a turquoise accent, the overview laid out on one screen. Classic: the previous look. Nothing else changes.
On a computer: the tabs across the top, or the sidebar on the left. Phones always get the tab bar at the bottom.

Nothing is deleted or sent anywhere — it is only hidden on screen, and you can read any figure by hovering it.
