Descriptions
The trading journal built for prop firm traders.
Propbook is a free trading journal for prop firm traders. It tracks the rules that actually fail funded accounts — trailing drawdown, daily loss, profit target and consistency — live on every account you run, and warns you on Telegram before you cross a limit.
Propbook is a free trading journal built specifically for prop firm traders. Where a normal journal tracks trades, Propbook also tracks the rules that end funded accounts: intraday and end-of-day trailing drawdowns, static maximum loss, daily loss limits, profit targets, consistency rules and minimum trading days, with 19 firms preloaded as editable presets. It imports from TopstepX/ProjectX, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, MetaTrader 4 and 5, Interactive Brokers and Binance, syncs MetaTrader 5 automatically through a free expert advisor, and can copy one account to the others with a drawdown guard on each. The journal, rule tracking, Telegram breach alerts, analytics and CSV import are free with no card, no trade cap and no account limit, and a guest mode works with no sign-up at all — data stays on the device. Propbook is independent and not affiliated with any prop firm.
