Getting your Rithmic trades in
- Open the trade or P&L report in your Rithmic front-end (R|Trader and most Rithmic-based platforms have one) and set the period.
- Export it to CSV.
- In Propbook, go to Journal → Import and drop the file in.
- There is no dedicated Rithmic signature, so Propbook falls back to reading the file itself: it finds the date column and the realised P&L column and shows you which ones it picked.
- Correct the mapping if needed, choose the account, and import.

Detection is automatic — you drop the file in and Propbook names the format back to you. If a column is missing or oddly named, it falls back to picking the date and P&L columns itself, and you can correct the mapping before anything is saved.
When a format is not recognised
Propbook carries dedicated signatures for TopstepX/ProjectX, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, MetaTrader, Interactive Brokers and Binance. Everything else goes through the generic reader, which scores each column to find the one that actually contains dates and the one that actually contains realised results — skipping anything cumulative.
It shows you its choice before saving, so an unusual export is a ten-second correction rather than a dead end. You can also paste rows directly instead of uploading a file.

Does Propbook support Rithmic directly?
There is no live Rithmic connection — you import an export file. The generic reader handles the layout and tells you which columns it used.
Which platforms does this cover?
Anything Rithmic-based that can export a trade report to CSV, including R|Trader and the many front-ends that sit on the Rithmic feed.
My export has one row per fill, not per trade.
That is fine. Propbook groups everything into trading days, which is the unit prop firm rules are measured on.
Can I just paste the rows?
Yes — the import screen takes pasted CSV text as well as a file.
