Your prop accounts connect to NinjaTrader 8 the way your firm explains. The PropSyncNT add-on sees them all: you trade the lead, and every follower copies it at its own size, with its own guard. No broker password ever leaves NinjaTrader.

What you need.
No API key and no partner account: copying happens inside your own NinjaTrader, between the accounts connected there.
NinjaTrader 8 on Windows
With your prop accounts connected, as your firm's guide shows (Tradovate or Rithmic). On a Mac, or to keep copying with your computer off, run it on a Windows VPS.
A firm that allows copiers
Most do between your own accounts; some don't. Each firm page shows its rule, checked on the firm's own site, and PropSync warns you in the app.
Pro or Elite
PropSync is part of Pro (2 brokers, 20 followers) and Elite (120+), which open on 1 November 2026. Try it first on two free Sim accounts in NinjaTrader.
Four steps.
The first three happen once, in NinjaTrader. After that, the lead, the followers, their size and their guard are all set in Propbook.
Add the add-on and your Propbook file
Put PropSyncNT.cs in Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom\Strategies. Then, in Propbook, PropSync → Settings → NinjaTrader → Download my Propbook file, and put propbook-sync.txt in Documents\NinjaTrader 8.
Both files are in place. The Propbook file links the add-on to your account: keep it private.

Compile it once
In NinjaTrader: New → NinjaScript Editor, then press F5. Check that every account you want to copy is connected under Control Center → Connections.
The editor compiles without errors, and your prop accounts are listed in the Accounts tab.

Enable it on a chart
Open any chart → Strategies → add PropSyncNT → Enable. Nothing to change in its settings. Keep that chart open: copying runs while it is.
Within 15 seconds, your NinjaTrader accounts appear in Propbook, on the PropSync page, Futures tab.

Choose the lead and the followers in Propbook
Mark the account you trade as Lead, the others as Followers with their size, and set each one's guard. Start with Simulate: every copy is logged, nothing is sent. Switch to Live when the log looks right.
Open a small trade on the lead: each follower takes it at its size, with the stop and the target if you copy them. Closed trades land in your journal.

Keep copying with your computer off.
NinjaTrader only runs on Windows, and copying stops when it closes. A Windows VPS is a computer you rent by the month that stays on: you open it from your own computer, Mac included, like a remote desktop.
1 · Rent a Windows VPS
Pick one made for trading, close to Chicago where CME futures are matched, with at least 4 GB of memory for NinjaTrader. Prices run from a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month.
2 · Set it up like your computer
Open it with Remote Desktop (Microsoft's free app, on Mac too), install NinjaTrader 8, connect your prop accounts, then do the four steps above on the VPS.
3 · Run PropSync in one place
Once it runs on the VPS, don't enable PropSyncNT on your own computer too for the same accounts: two copies of the add-on would copy each trade twice.
Good to know.
A guard on each follower
Before any new or larger position, PropSync checks that follower's cash floor and its loss today. When one is reached, that follower takes nothing new. A stop, a target or a close always goes through.
Lead lock
When the lead's loss today reaches the limit you set in Propbook, every position of the lead and its followers is closed, and nothing is copied until the next day.
Your trades from before
Positions the lead already holds when copying starts are left alone until the lead is flat, so nothing old gets doubled.
