What you need.
Nothing to install on our side and no account password to share: copying happens between your own terminals, on your computer.
MetaTrader 5
On Windows, or on a Windows VPS so copying keeps running when your computer is off. MetaTrader offers one from inside the terminal.
One terminal per account
Each account runs in its own MT5 terminal, all on the same machine. Hedging accounts, the usual type at prop firms.

Four steps.
The first three happen once in each MT5 terminal. After that, everything is set in Propbook, and PropSync starts by itself every time your terminals open.
Add two files to each terminal
In MT5: File → Open Data Folder → MQL5. Drop PropSyncMT5.ex5 in Experts, and your propbook-sync.txt in Files. Get that file in Propbook, under PropSync → Settings → MetaTrader 5. If you already sync your journal from MT5, it's there already.
Right-click Expert Advisors → Refresh in the Navigator: PropSyncMT5 is in the list.

Let MT5 talk to Propbook
Tools → Options → Expert Advisors: tick Allow WebRequest for listed URL and add https://propbooktrading.com. Then switch on the Algo Trading button in the toolbar.
The Algo Trading button is green.

Put the expert on a chart
Drag PropSyncMT5 onto any chart and press OK. There is nothing to change in its settings. Do the same in every terminal, one per account.
Within 20 seconds, the account appears in Propbook.

Choose the lead and the followers in Propbook
In PropSync → Settings → MetaTrader 5, your accounts are listed. Mark the one you trade as Lead, the others as Followers with their size, and set each one's guard. Start in Simulation: every copy is logged, nothing is sent. Switch to Live when the log looks right.
Open a small trade on the lead: it lands on every follower in under a second in our tests, with its stop and target.

Guard on each follower
Set an equity floor and a max daily loss per follower. When one is reached, that follower takes no new trade. Its stops, targets and closes always go through.
Your trades from before
A follower copies the trades opened after it starts. Positions already open stay where they are, so nothing old gets doubled.
Different brokers
If a follower's broker names a market differently, fill Symbol map, for example NAS100=USTEC;XAUUSD=GOLD.
